Shipping Policy

At Zivayaa Ready to ship orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days after placement.

Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, and it takes another 2-10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.

 

Shipping Charges:

We provide free shipping on all pre-paid orders. 

Shipping Charges for Cash on Delivery are INR 100/-.

Our PRICES are inclusive of all government levied taxes.

 

FORCE  MAJEURE :

 

Zivayaa.com shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.

Any kind of misbehavior / abusive language won't be accepted. 

Return & Exchange Policy

AT Zivayaa ,We offer an easy product/size exchange policy ,you can raise a size exchange request by contacting us on whatsapp +917987956372  within 48 hours of successful delivery.

  •  Once we receive your parcel, it will undergo a quality check. All items must be unused, unaltered , unwashed and in our original packaging. If the items don’t meet the above criteria it will be refused for any kind of exchange and the same item will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense.

  • In case of unavailability of required size/product in the same product, only a credit voucher can be issued to the customer for any future purchase within 6 months of issuance with Zivayaa .

  • In case the customer has received a damaged/defective piece, pictures or videos while unboxing the parcel needs to be shared with our team within 24 hours of delivery. A fresh piece of the same product will be delivered to the customer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Swimwear, Bodysuits , Lounge wear and lingerie are strictly not eligible for any size exchange/returns due to hygiene purpose.

  • Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to our warehouse, any returned item that is not received by zivayaa.com will be treated as not returned.

  • Final Sale items aren’t eligible for any kind of exchange/return.

  • NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Please Note: Zivayaa reserves all the right "not to process" returns in the following situations:

  1. Return Exceeds the return time limit.

  2. Returning non-zivayaa Items.

  3. Return items belong to the NON-EXCHANGEABLE/ RETURNABLE category.

  4. Returning without an application.

  5. Self-inflicted damage to the product while trying on item (Damage refers to make up stains, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, washing powder and odours on the garment).

  6. Items sent in poor packaging won’t be accepted.(such as any kind of taping directly over the returned item).

 

Please note the below reasons are NOT considered faulty:

  • Slight Color variation from product photos

  • Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print/lace patterns and arrangements

  • Slight size variation of within ± 3cm on measurements

  • Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, and etc.

  • Self-inflicted damage to the product while trying on item

  • Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference

  • Do not like the product.

  • Unavailability of any size at the time you placed an order

Refund Policy

At Zivayaa, generally We ship all in-stock items the orders within 24-48 working hours , if we are unable to fulfill any order, we will cancel the same and notify you over email or text. You can opt for a store credit.

  • For all the exchanged/returned items same amount of coupon code will be issued.

  • Refund to store credit will reflect the same day once issued.

  • Shipping charges/discounts are non refundable.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
